Harley Davidson UK needed to increase their level of test rides for non Harley Davidson owners.
They knew that if they could only get people onto their bikes they would fall in love with them.
Emap Advantage approached Harley Davidson with the idea of creating a bespoke html email, which would then link to a test ride request form.
We sent this out to the Motor Cycle News registered user database of 32,000 and the response rate was phenomenal.
The result was over 500 test rides and Harley Davidson sold 14 bikes.
